Punjafi is a layered sweet similar to Puff but fried in ghee. It is generally consumed as a snack for a breakfast or brunch and also used in all kinds of ceremonies.
As demand for sugar free products are in rise we have Punjafi which are not dipped in Sugar and are deep fried to make it more crunchier and softer to eat.
Punjafi is also used in Supari or Saipata Set along with Lakhamari and other sweets.
Punjafi is available in regular ghee as well as in Pure Ghee.
A Regular Packet contains 12 pieces of small sizes and 6 pieces of larger ones.
