Description
Buniya is a sweet that is made of besan, gram flour. The Flour is first mixed with water and it is fried in ghee by pouring through a holed utensil to create a bubble shaped balls. After it is nicely fried then it is put away for few minutes to drain the ghee and then mixed with a flavored sugar syrup.
